Well powered up with my 4.5m and overpowered if I ventured out too far. The sea state was a little too roughto make it that enjoyable though as you just knew that a false move would lead to a big swim and probably some broken kit. Steve was out with me and a little overpowered in the conditions as well. Still, had some good runs really and some nice floaty jumps, but the conditions were a ittle too manic to actually go for anything.

I helped Shem launch his 4m kite but he only went about 50yds before deciding it was all too much and pulled the safety, his leash then snapped and we had to go running across the dunes and the golf course to retrieve his kite which ended up wrapped around the fence in front of my house.
